I help people buy/sell businesses in any industry that involves a book of business, and I recruit on tech, marketing, analytics and operations roles for clients that range from seed-stage startups to publicly traded companies. I focus on the direct recruitment of passive candidates primarily for remote-only positions.
Here are a few recent accomplishments on the recruiting side:
- Placed 10 of the first 20 engineers with an app sec startup. I was the only recruiter they worked with from pre-seed to a $150M series E at a $1B+ valuation.
- Recruited several key hires to a 30 person GPS + SaaS startup including their Head of Product, Director of Demand Gen / ABM, Director of Customer Experience and Sr. Data Lead.
- Found the Head of Engineering for an AI/NLP focused SaaS startup that just closed an $11M Series A round.
- Recruited the first CTO to a mission driven health-tech company that has since received $6m in grant funding and closed a $6m series A round.
- Placed the first few non-referral hires (front-end lead, UX, etc.) at a data-observability startup prior to their $15m series A round.
- Placed dozens of people at a fintech/finpub company including several high-level marketing hires. Helped them scale from $50m in revenue in 2015 to $500m in 2020 and a recent IPO.
- Proud to say that 50% of my tech placements in the past 5 years have been female candidates.

I consider myself to be an intellectually curious and tenacious self-starter, and I love making connections and putting pieces together. When Iām not recruiting you'll find me playing hockey š, golfing ā³, heli / cat skiing š or hiking š with my 6 year old daughter.
